It's a link to something... I have no idea what. I found it on a computer in one of my classrooms. It lets me get past the firewall, but some stuff is in Chinese or some foreign language.

It's for accessing websites that are blocked on the computer you're using, and remove ads from them. You also have the option of deleting all cookies and history that come from it.
