It would be most wise to ban him, for his incompetence and dumbassness would further stupify the forum and its Diablo II members.

While it is possible for them to be worse, it wouldn't be pretty, that's for sure.

You can't ban him for being an idiot, or not using grammar. If we were banning on idiocy then there are plenty of members that shouldn't be around, and if we were banning on grammar, then again there are plenty of members who should've already been banned, including myself and some of the more respected members here. Now, you could make a case on basis of spamming, but he's relatively new, and he should get his fair warnings from the mods before he gets banned.
