Is there a program that can...

Detect if blizz is scanning me for any hacks. Just a stand alone program.

Also, just making sure. C3po unloads itself when it detects the scan, right?

2) Blizzard doesn't scan... Blizzard only bans. If you have no better question than "but how they r liek gonez to liek ban j00 if they r have no scan and there4 liek no proof?" I suggest you stfu :D

Blizzard has been detected scanning for such programs.

Why the hell would they implement an "unload" feature for such hacks if they hadn't been detected doing so?

They do scan... remember "Rust Storm," IIRC.
