and i do not understand the damage boost thing. is it saying that if i have more fcr that my damage will go up or what?

cruched number for extra info that really has no relevance, like carrying an extra shirt in ur car in case u ever need it(poor exm buts its all im willing to think up of for now), its there cuz someone might actually find it useful, if u cast fast the more spells you can fire so you have a percentile that works based off untimed spells.

Basically, it's a damage vs. time ratio.

With X amount of FCR, you're doing Y amount of extra damage in the same amount of time versus 0% FCR.

okay well that clears it up a lot i just did know if there was like some actual damage increase for more fcr.
