Jaguars 3-0 Baby!
Along with a few other teams already, the Jaguars are on track to make NFL history by being the first team to have a home SuperBowl game. Go jaguars! At this point in time while the offense isn't clicking yet, and we're still beating good teams, the Jaguars are going to be UNstoppable the 2nd half of the season, watch out Eagles, we're gonna beat you up at our home in the superbowl....

The Eagles are a much better team, just remeber that.
|
No doubt about it. Jags defense just kills the run, which isn't even a factor with the Eagles. They have surprised me with their wins so far, but watching their games is worse than watching grass grow.. Oh, and they definitely didn't deserve to win today against the Titans. That was a sham..

PEYTON MANNING AND THE COLTS, WOOOO!!!!
Yeah. |
Actually if you would have watched ESPN these last few weeks, you would've heard that Brian Westbrook is the only reason the Eagles are doing good. When you can shut him down, and he is not a threat, then T.O. can be easily shut down.
Look who the eagles have played so far.........e.x.a.c.t.l.y. But if the Jaguars can prove themselves on Sunday (once again) against the Colts, then you can't shit 'bout the 4-0 jaguars. But seriously though, the Jaguars offense is ranked Dead last. The Colts defense is ranked dead last, should be a good matchup. But the Jaguars Offense is 8th overall (pass+run) and the COlts are 2nd I believe in Offense, should be fun to watch. It's ok though, eagles are going to lose week 4. |
If the Eagles lose in week 4 I might shoot myself. It just won't happen. You can listen to ESPN all you want. Go for it. If you can't think for yourself, then it sucks to be you. Last game Westbrook was hardly used, and when he was, it was his most unsuccessful game so far, and probably one of his least productive since mid last season, so what the fuck are you talking about? Westbrook is simply a great go to guy when we are trying to take the heat off of TO.
So far McNabb has received TDs from a huge assortment of players, and has passed the ball on a regular basis to at least 7 different players. The Eagles are a lot deeper than TO and Westbrook. We quite possibly have the best TE receiver duo in the league with L.J. Smith and Chad Lewis. We quite possibly have the best WR in the league with TO. We quite possibly have the most underrated RB in the league as well in Westbrook. With McNabb playing the way he is right now, we are next to unstoppable. The only semi-weakness on our team right now is our secondary, which has made leaps and bounds from what was expected, and our run defense, which is probably twice as good as it was last year. Our Defensive Line is without a doubt one of the best in the leagues, and even permitting injuries, we have plenty of backup there and the depth in our Linebackers is quite sick. The Jags have a tough Defense all around, but the Offense is basically a joke. Even Fred Taylor is having a shit year so far, and he is definitely your best player on that side of the ball. Jimmy Smith can't hold a candle to half the WRs in the league, and Leftwich just needs more time until he can play at his potential. I by no means think the Jags suck, they just aren't at the potential yet, and thus far, have honestly, gotten lucky as shit with their wins.. They have played great teams, and you are right, this weekend should be there defining game of the season. |
Jags vs. Colts should be a great game to watch. Man, I can't freakin' wait. You know, Peyton could have had the record for most TD passes in a single game last week but he was just saving it for this week. He had 5 in the FIRST HALF; only 2 more and he would have tied the record. This week, he's gonna get 8. Screw your defense.

I hope you are correct. I have Peyton is both my leagues, more notably my payout league which really matters. ;)
Go go Manning super arm! |
Quote:
As for underated RBs Fred Taylor was nominated that by NFL.Com before the season started, as before he was injured during Training camp. Fred Taylor week 1: 17 carries for 67 yards (Ok, but he was injured) Fred Taylor week 2: 16 carries 57 yards (another crappy game, been nursing sore foot) Fred Taylor week 3: 17 carries 81 yards and a TD and a catch for 11 yards (not bad for still having a sore foot.) The Eagles have played 3 horrendous secondaries in a row, Giants, Minnesota, and Detroit. I mean, it should be easy for any QB/WR combo to lightup the scoreboard. Week 4 gets even better with Chicago. The Eagles once again have one of the easiest schedules in the league, and most likely will fall in the Championship game against some chump team like the Panthers. There is no way in HELL that Peyton will throw anywhere near 5 TDs, I predict 1. Last season towards the end when we played them at home when the Jaguars won 28-21 Peyton had a meidioker game and I predict more of the same stoppage from our defense. I mean come on, the Jaguars were fucking 5-10 last year, we're almost at 5 already, thats a giant step in the right direction. But only time can tell. Go jags |
Firstly, not a fucking chance.
Bartrum: 2 receptions, 18 yards, 1 TD. Smith: 10 receptions, 150 yards, 2 TDs. Lewis: 11 receptions, 101 yards. That is hardly 3 catches. Get your facts straight. That is sick. Secondly, lets break down those other shitty teams: Giants: Eagles scored 31 points. Redskins scored an astouding 14! And holy shit, the Browns scored a whopping 10! I guess it was a fluke though, huh? Let me guess, their secondary played normally against us, then phenominally against the other two? Vikings: Cowboys scored 17, Eagles 27, and the Bear 22. Again, we must have gotten lucky.. Lions: Bears 16, Texans 16, Eagles 30. Wow, maybe I'm just that dense, huh? Thirdly, I'd certainly hope Peyton won't throw another 5 TDs against the Jags. Not many QBs ever throw a single, that's one (1), of those games. What makes you think he would do it in back-to-back games? If he doesn't throw more than 1, then I can guarantee Edgerrin will run at least 1 in. If you win this game, I'll show a little more respect, but how you so dim-wittedly (I will explain in my next point) pointed out, the Jacksonville Jaguars have not earned that. Finally, are you serious? I don't know how football is played in Jacksonville, but the rest of the league plays 16 games, and couldn't possibly end up with a 5-10 record. GG.. You are correct sir, only time will tell. |
*6-10
Dude but nonetheless, The Jaguars are going to EXPLODE this week against the Colts, and the Eagles are going to lose. Time will prove me right again. |
How are you going to feel when both your predictions are proven false?
|
Good luck having Brian Leftwich carrying the team. I wouldn't want him leading a special olympics relay, nonetheless a professional football team..
|
So, D3V, did you manage to catch the game?
BA-ZING!!!! |
WHat happened?
|
Colts won, of course.
|
Yes, Colts won, Peyton threw 2 TDs, Edg ran 1 in, and the Eagles routed the Bears. 0-2 D3V! Eat it bitch!
