Just started it yesterday and I am looking for some quick reviews regarding the layout and overall look and feel.

Much better than your last example. You need to add a left margin to your right side columns, and do something to make sure that the columns don't stretch beyond the header. Also, your top-top bottom alignment inside the boxes seems off.
