thinking about buying a tablet..
i think the graphire3 is a good tablet for me. i don't need one that's gonna satisfy the best graphic design artist in the world and i mainly want it just to mess around with it. any suggestions?

If you are not a serious artists, that one in the link you provided would probably be best. It's cheap, that's all that matters.

The Graphire3 is a great choice, being a Wacom with great quality and all, but I'm a bit suspicious against that circuitcity site. Maybe I'm just blind, but I don't see the actual size of the tablet being stated anywhere. Looking at the price, I'm confident it's a 4x5" tablet as the one listed on wacom.com. 4x5" is a very small drawing area, although most definitely usable. Personally, I'd go for the 6x8" one if you can afford it, considering it's almost twice as expensive. But then again, you could as well invest in a more expensive Intuos 2 then.
Whatever, I'm just rambling. |
Yeah, im planning on getting one..

yeah, i wasn't really looking for something that a professional would use. i just wanted one to use for now, and one that i know would last and get the job done. eventually if i really get into using tablets, i could invest in a better one later on.
