In limited quantities. You wont be able to find/make them in non-ladder, so I imagine that they'll be worth a shitload untill someone starts duping them.

purpose is that 1.11 will be a release of a new ladder season w/ some new ladder only items...So the nonladder items will go up by taking old patches, and ya.
