Diablo 2... always ontop?

Is it possible to do this? Like -blargfuck in the shortcut or something to that effect? Would be pwn if I could have 2 diablo windows and not have to alt+tab every 2 seconds

isnt C3PO the bot of star wars :S why dont we try -R2D2 or -LUKESKYWALKER or -DARTH haha i dunno if it is actually true...just in properties when u have window or w/e at bottom say run in minimied window or w/e so it takes up ythe least amount of room
