And they are just rare items too...

they arent the best possible but fairly decent IMO, the suwwayyah lacks ias making it unviable in a ww type build and the 100 pd over 6 secs makes it unviable to venom oriented builds, on other hand the feral claws if they where ethereal and had 1 more socket then that would be GOSU X10, but still not bad claws

I'm debating an Eth Firelizard's for my 2nd Claw on my WWsin for vs. meleers.

I use Nat Set vs. casters, at blckshdwdragon's suggestion. Working great, actually.

i thought max ed for rares was 400%. or has it changed now?

450% is max, I believe.

That is 300% Cruel and 150% Master's.

That is likely a 40/15 max in his weapon.

450 i belive is highest
