Mine is through a USB port.

There are only four possible connections (well 5 but nobody uses a KVM switch that way). Serial, DIN, Mini-DIN, and USB. Mine is USB and this thread is terrible.

My mouse is connected through the 68pin SCSI connector. I run 4 mice in a RAID 5 configuration for a good balance in mouse speed and fault tolerance.

PS/2, my pc only has 2USB ports, one being used by a good keyboard.

y good pc is also using a USB I think (its a laser mouse)
