If Uncapped REALLY has left, will there be a replacement?

No. Raziel and myself will do the judging. There has not been many conflict at all, its usually quite clear who the winner is, but if there is a conflict, an outside, impartial source will be interjected, such as Chruser, for example.

Next Tournament, depending on the layout, may have new judges.
