WinSyntax

Is WinSyntax for C++ I was using it and made a small program, it made it into a regular file with no extension. Is there a way to make it into an .exe with WinSyntax or is WinSyntax only for php, html, java and stuff like that?

WinSyntax is for parsing for syntax: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL'92 and extensions for MySQL, PostgreSQL, ect....
