Help with G3 Mac labtop
 

Hey i have this one G3 macintosh labtop , And when i plug it in to turn it on it powers up for about 3 seconds and dies and does this all the time now.
i have no idea what caused this. I opened up the labtop went inside and made sure the power connections were all good and they were so WTF? When i plug the labtop in it powers up, the cooling fan turns on and it dies after 3 secs. Have any suggestions ?

No one here uses macs, well, not anyone that can help you at least, sry.

All i can say is try replacing the battery. Other then that i cant help , sorry.

You say that you made ''''sure'''' that all of the connections were good, in which you didn't. I'm guessing you didn't use a multimeter on all of the cables to check that the right power is flowing to each of the capacitors and you probably didn't even check for the connections being right.
