Hey, here's an idea to get some donations...
I know you said donators would recieve a "special item," but the whole mystery gift thing doesn't work well for getting people to send cash.
Make something really cool looking that you can get for donating $5 or $10, and call them "Premium Members." I'd send 10 dollars for a freaky lookin robe. :nerd:

You get clothing yes, it is either a body slash, half apron, or hat that will be blessed and says "Donating Member" when clicked.

that as neon as we get here on acropolis, I hate OSI for flooding the world with neon colors, hence even our bods use a diffirent color system.

i would most likly donate if i could get a pure white apron or shash or even hat!

I would hope you enjoyed the shard enough and understood the time and money I spend everyday to keep it running and updated that you would want to donate to help the shard. The gifts was only to show that you are a donating member in game.

i'm just posting from a pragmatist point of view... pixel crack sells well. letting people buy costmetic pretty stuff with donations will make you a rich person. no need for tons of neon colors, but something that looks at least a little out of the ordinary is enough to do it.

im sure raist would be more that happy . I will donate every month and i dont expect any carebear colored clothing all i except is to have a cool shard to play on. Now stop being jewish and donate
