Why can't you download and install? (Yes, I know some sort of security measures, but which ones specificly?)

i have some program called fortress 101 on my school computers. also is there any way to get around an internet filter called bess?

One easy way to do it (and get anything you need over the school's network) is reset your teachers comp and tell him/her that it shut off (just make up somebullshit, and say you wanna see your grade) (or just wait till she logs back in) Watch her type the acc and pass and BINGO, go to the library and login.

At my school you can login as STUDENT which has all the allowances that the teacher's computers have.

If you can get the admin password reset the settings on it and it'll set it back so you can do what you want with it.

Yeah, I doubt you have the eyes to catch a teacher type in her pw, usually they type extremly fast. Also, if it's a guy usually he will block your view. That's an obvious method that anybody can think up.

Fortess 101, eh? It's a POS. Any chance that this is a programming class? If so, just remove the password entry dialog resource from the executable and save it (using the resource editor from the programming software), then hit (what is it?) ctrl-esc and you're in, no password. I also seem to remember an extreme vulnerability having something to do with the install disk. (Yes, I got my hands on an install disk :D) I think that if you have an install disk and you run the program from the install disk, it overrides whatever settings are in place, and you don't need a password, either. Anycase, Fortress sucks, so disable it. Be glad you don't have that other one...I forget what it's called...

Heh, our school computers dont have any restrictions :P. I know people with porn on their school servers.

I deleted every single file in the whole school(student files, not teacher files, just shit in the save forlders), they didn't punish me because I taught them a lesson... how easy it was to do shit on their servers...

you cant delete the password, but you can change it, the admin password that is.

Pissed at teachers that worry more about giving half the fucking class detetion slips and taking up half the fucking class time rather than teach a fucking lesson... and also, lot's of people thanked me since they all got week extentions on their projects...
