i i have a six tir war axe on my hammerdin and it owns i hardly ever run out of mana now. i am thinking of making a new one and maybe adding like 4 tirs and something else. anyone have any suggestions?

War Scepter with +BH, Conc/Vigor/Aim. 4 socket max possible though.

I would find a weapon that adds a lot of mana, then socket it and add tir
