Printer virus
 

.... I got this virus, first I though it's nothing, now I can't print anything.

What kind of virus scanner do you have. IF it was nortons anti-virus it should be able to quarenteen the virus and delete it without any problems happeneing.

It call Kasperky.... my nortons trial expired. Anyone know any good anti virus program I can use to delete this?

A guess but: Have you downloaded that msblast fix from microsoft recently?

What has happened in the patch, was when it is installed it does 'something' to the printe drivers and makes it so that it doesn't work. What you'll need to do is either scan for viruses, 'use a trial of mcaFee or something'.

Wow thx.... I downloaded Mcafee from download.com. My computer frezee up everytime I restart my pc. after a hour.. I finally fix it using safe mod, and uninstall the program.

Next time... just search for it and then, just in case it crashes your computer to select it... put your finger over the delete key, drag a box around it, then release the mouse button and hit delete as fast as you can... it always works for those pesky crash viruses.

... but it frezee up, I can't do anything. I can delete the short cut, but not the program. Anythx guys, I reinstall my printer, everything is fine now.
