I got Arreats in NM tristram from a skeleton.

I got a gull from a shaman in den of evil normal, this was when the game kinda first came out.

Well best way to get gull is in normal

I found a wf by killing a normal Quill Rat.

i found a tulwar normal @ cold plains.. i didnt get it tho, i killed the monster and the person i was rushing got it :( i stopped rushing him right away
