Warning, need information on hackers or dupers
 

Warning, anyone one who has information on any hackers, please reply. Blizzard is tracking people down who hack or dupe and anyone who does can face criminal charges or jail time. Fines up to 500,000 dollars, this is no joke. If you hack yourself you will have 3 months to create a new account and not play on the old account so it will be delete. If you are found within the next time till the new patch comes out you will be charged will be caught.

BS, simple as that. They can't sue you for duping, it doesn't say in the EULA that it is against the law, it's just against their terms, so they can stop you from playing on battle.net.
