is the korean beta still up?
 

Hi i spent countless hours downloading the game and trying to find out how to create an account . I was really really plesaed to find your guide throu all these matters but at the 3rd page of account creation i only get one button , not two and that button sends me back to the name and ID page.So i thought maybe i wasnt doing it right , but after trying 5000 different ID's and having the same result my question is : Does it mean that the korean beta is no longer active or am i still doing something wrong ?

If the korean beta is indeed closed then do oyu know when the american or european beta will start and how to get it , download it and get into it?
I know i ask a lot but i thank you in advance for all hte help you can provide .
