Well i am not completely finished this yet but might be a new sig what you guys think so far? i know i gota lighten the grid and crap

it ok

grid is too thick and noticable. try changing opicity or make the grid using pen tool to make it thinner.

how do you make grid?

its very easy...

Easiest way for scanlines:
Use ditherbox, about 3x3, white background and draw a 3x1 white line on it. Fill the picture, and fade it to 25%. That makes nice and easy scan lines.
The same thing works for grids, but it's a little trickier.

make a new image...
size doesnt depend but dont use too small...
make a new section use rectangular marquee tool hold shift and draw a rectangular, then contract the section.. say 2 pixels, del the section, and then move the section upp and left 2 pixels, then define pattern, call it: say grid system.
And then to layers create a new layer, use paint bucket tool choose fil the pattern and chose the grid system and then fill the layer... and you're done...
