would a eth zerker axe with a zod, eth and 4 40/15ias be a good weapon for a pally?

too much ias in my opinion

i've seen a few zod-eth-4* 40 ed/15 max robozerkers

they do (non superior 160% ed) approximately 93-334
thats roughly a 295% cruel zerker of evisc eth'd

best way to get ias for that type of robo item is

20% from glove
20% from amulet
15% from armor+15% from helm/shield OR 30% from armor

which gives you 70% ias you can switch the 20% ias gloves for 10% ias ( such as bloodfist or blood craft) which will still give you 4 frame zeal animation (60% ias+)

caduceus' are pretty weak tyrant-mythical-zerker are most popular choices.

sorry for bringing this back up, but is a Fury Small crescent a viable weapon for a zealer? Or should i stick with the more traditional mythical/zerkers?

They are viable, but due to the 10 base speed of Small Crescent you will need more IAS elsewhere, therefore it is not prefered.

i was gonna go either that, use etheral bstars, insert another fury here, or see if i can but shop a decent cruel...any suggestions? plz be specific on what kind of fury. thanks

i would say an ith zerker. but if your gonna be legit, cmse loloeth. unless you got highlords, then cmse 2 40/15's and an eth

all feasable zeal builds use highlords amulet..
i'd go with fury zerker/seraph/mythical
or cruel 290% zerker/mythical of lo/loeth (never put 40/15 in a weapon)

Always try for as much Deadly Strike as possible. Also, Apoq, Caduceus' have low maximum damage but very high minimum damage. They also have the mace property of locking better due to more recovery time combined with Fire damage. <-- lots of arguement over this issue. I believe it to be correct. Also, Mighty Scepters; one of the greatest pally wepons known to me. A Lo Eth Cruel Mighty Scepter (mods are nice but doesnt even nesessarily need) can beat just about any wepon aside an ethreal cruel.

Ethereal Cruel Ataghan of Quickness would suit my build perfectly, if I can ever find one.....

With 2 sockets nonetheless... ZodEth? Actually, I'd probably swing for the ZodJah if I got a beauty like that.

Either Eth or Lo along with Zod.

Why? If you were gonna put an Eth in it anyway, at least you know a Jah would be completely legit and not taking advantage of a game bug that may or may not get fixed. That would probably be the best weapon you could legitly get in the game...

he wants it for the effect of ITD (eth) in PvP
cruel ethereal legendary mallet of evisceration would probably be the best.. or really any cruel ethereal of evisc. lo/zod or edmax/ohm zod for PvM anyhows, but most people don't want to pay huge for a PvM weapon when they probably have baranars star, or schafers on a mule.
