Submit Personal Information.
 

This is just me thinking out loud, but I think that the reason people are getting banned are because of that button. When you dl the patch its got the check above the patch info and it says [] Submit Personal Information. Now if you click that it gives b.net access to your information, and that might be the way that they detect the mh, bot users, etc. I have never had mine checked and never will. I have used mh forever now, and d2jsp and nothing has ever happened to me. My friend had the box checked and he used mh and d2jsp and his account got busted. I don't know if this is just conicidence or not. My advice, don't submit your personal information. But another thing is thats a way for b.net to fix bugs. I've got no idea...

I submit my NON-personal information everytime, but I didn't get banned, I also use maphack and d2jsp forever.

I didnt submit and i got all my account banned.
