anyone know how he did it, i saw his items and he was using 3 socket havok helm, and one sock havok armor and bugged eye but he wasnt do the BO verison of the bugged eye

He was doing BO, end of story.

All he has to do is use a full rejuv, havok=%max life.

Don't be a whore badboy, maybe he wasnt.. he clearly stated that he wasn't doing BO.

I thought after level 15 it couldn't be done?

exactly he said something about using full rejuv pots but i dont get it can someone explain to me how these ppl do it?
