Virus ir No Virus
 

If you could get a copy of D2 for free, but it contained a trojan that would crash your computer in 4 months, or buy a copy of D2 for $40 and be virus free. What would you do? (And the virus would supposively be able to go undetected by any vrius scanner, which means you would be screwed..) Me personally, I would buy it.

and after its crashed u can just reinstall everthing?
if so then i would get it for free, if not and the crash is permanent
then i would not get it at all...

Of course i would rather buy the diablo2 cd. Why the topic for who would be dopy enough to get a copy of d2 with a virus in it which is also undetectable. GEEZ

Well ya you can format and reinstall everything, it doesn't do any physical damage, just delete's the file win386.swp which is a file windows needs to run..
