Morrowwind
I've heard a little about this game and wondered if it was worth getting. If someone can let me know what its all about and wether or not i should pick it up, that would be great!
Honestly, from what I hear, it is a great game. Personally, I picked it up and didn't really enjoy the style of play, but pretty much EVERYONE else that I talked to about it said it was frickin great. I'd say, give it a shot.
I would suggest borrowing it from a friend. It's not worth the $50 IMO. If you can find it for like, $20? That's cool, it's good enough.
It's good, but not exactly fast paced. You need patience in order to really enjoy it.
Yeah, it's incredibly detailed and long lasting, but the lack of multiplayer gets to you after a while.

I beat Morrowind and Tribunal in a few days. It's a really good game. I'd borrow it from a friend like Grav said.
You can play it at whatever pace you want. Like NGM said, you can beat it in a few days. But if you really want to see why it's so good, spend a few weeks doing all the jobs you can, and those wonderful little side quests.

This game sux0rs.......i got bored after like 20mins coz no multiplayer...

Morrowind is a game with more space then you could explore while keeping your sanity, more repeat dungeons then you'd care to explore, and a really fun editing program with alot of problems and glitches. Joy.
The general story line of Morrowind is based on errands. You do something for someone, then do something for someone else, then walk half way across the island and do another errand, then another errand for someone in a cave, then another errand, then rinse repeat add nausea. When I looked at the package, I thought it created an MMORPG that patched islands people could make in the editor together, making this huge, vast, and what would of been uberly entertaining game. No though, it's not that juicy. Infact its rather stale, and has been left on the table for a few hours. Infact its kind of oozing now. |
I rented this for xbox and I was bored in 2 days, but my friend owns it and its his favorite game he's ever played. I guess it depends on what you like.

I never got a chance to get Bloodmoon. I got Tribunal like 4 months after it came out. I expect to do the same for Bloodmoon. Don't ask me why I'm like that. I just am.
Bryan, the game sucks on Xbox. I got it on Xbox and got bored with it in a few days. Then, I decided to get it on the PC and it became my favorite game for a while. |

Graphic wise how is the game? What kind of system should you have in order to get it to work properly without freezing and choppyness?
The graphics are very good. I don't know what the requirements are, but you probably need a fairly new comp to play it.
I'd say about 1.4 Ghz and up with a Geforce 2 and up will be ok.
ok sounds good. thanks for the info graviton
It ran on my TNT2 fairly well but in crowded palces or stuff like that it would go like at 1 fps =(
