Fucking Realm Down

I got realm down on East today at 11:40. This is really starting to piss me off. What the fuck is going on?

It doesn't stay long. It's only for about 15 minutes. And I'm doing nothing to deserve realm down, so the theory about them punishing me is bullshit. Also, how do I check my account for flags?
