how often do you brush your teeth?
 

i brush my teeth everynight, im wondering if by the majority of people here, if that is considered enough or not enough. i have a friend who brushes his teeth at school and thats just a little to much for me.:wierd:

why when ug o to sleep? brush when u wake up...thats the worst time for breath..

well i dont really smell my breath so...

i never brush my teeth, i always want to remember but i just cant. now my teeth are like green with lttle spots of black.

edit: i brushed my teeth today thanks for reminding me zaggon, now they're white with little white spots

OMG I like your sig kaos!!! but anyway...Yeah y don't you brush your teeth when you wake up? that's when I brush mine and sometimes I brush them at night...you need to brush your teeth when you wake up because it's like a closed container w/ a piece of meat in it or something. The bacteria from your cheeks and gums and throat build up(mainly from your throat) and cause bad breath...so the next time you see^_^ on someone's face you should remind yourself to brush your teeth in the morning...

well there will come a time when brushing teeth will be a matter of life or death. but until that time theres always the lazy way out: mouth wash. btw. i do know that brushing teeth at night is better than in the morning cuz when your asleep at night and you dont brush ur teeth the bacteria gets all sexually enhanced or something like that and it makes your breath stink i read it in a dental magazine once while in the waiting room at the dentists

I brush my teeth at the moring, some time time during the day and before i sleep.

well ok from now on i will brush my teeth in the morning and maybe sometimes at night
