Need a good pop-up blocker

I'm starting a new HC guy tomorrow and I've been getting alot of pop-ups latly, and I'm scared of dieing from a pop-up. Thats how I lost my last HC guy. Does anyone know a free pop-up blocker that works good?

I used to get those, too, and 95% of them were "Stop popups like these now!"
