Mircrosoft slaps spammers into court
 

Spam / unwanted e-mails is a high problem, over 50% of all e-mails is spam. Now finnaly actions are taken againt the spammers.

Companys and persons who are sending enourmous spam are meeting more and more resistance. The latest majorcompany - Microsoft are taking actions againt spammers. In the first round Mircrosoft has woken prosecution againt 15 persons who are claimed to be behind the spread of 2 billion unwished e-mail messages which are send through MSN/Hotmail network.
The presecutions in this cases are pointed againt spammers in USA and The Great Britain

Since April Mircrosoft are co-operating with AOL and Yahoo to take a solution againt the spam problems. Those prosecution to begin with are only a warning so far. What the ammount of damages is are unknown. But they are surely high enough to make them stop.
