looking for resources!

just wondering if anyone has or knows where to get MODERN chipsets of towns, like ghetto streets/alleyways ect... MODERN STUFF!!! also wondering if anyone has charsets of thugs or ghetto people or bums or gang members, if you could help me out it would be very much appritiated!

Well i've seen 'ghetto' type of games in RPG2000~I think you can find some tilesets at http://www.gamingw.net if not check out http://www.rpg2knet.com/
