#2 Deadmin Xenn, WW
#3 Deadmod 90% of the Useless supmods.
#4 Add popup adds on the guest area
#5 Possibly give penguin the kinda access WW has

1. Reorganize the moderator structure, fire and then rehire all the best staff.

That sounds really weird. I like the pop-up idea though.

I would also delete members that were inactive for 90 days without signing on. Lose half the mods too.

I'd allow warez talk and warez link sharing....

If I owned Zelaron, I would add a popup to the guest signins, I would allow warez talk but no warez. Like... Maybe release info, .nfo posting, etc.
Or if I wanted to allow warez I would make a private forum that only a few select members could see and fill them with the latest 0-sec releases, I would of course have to change servers to this Dutch guy I know that owns and rents servers and you can do whatever you want because I am on a fxp board with him.

As you can see I was joking becasue I can't judge myself as a mod because usally when people judge them selfs they think of all the positives more elective than the negitives

I'd sell the rights to the Zelaron Movie to New Line Cinema and insist that Stephen Dorff be cast as me.

I'd also insist that every couple of scenes, the audience should be treated to Raziel murdering Quikspy in a particularly vile fashion. Over and over again.

I think I'd change some of the staff, others would get to keep their jobs. (Like everyone else has mentioned.) Also, I think I would have recruiters, to try and keep the forum growing.
