WC3 in windows Xp?
 

hey my friend just got wc3 and hes using windows xp home edition and he gets this error when he tries to run the exe


this application has encountered a critical error. Fatal Error! the instruction at 0x0306a6a8 referenced memory at 0x0306a6a8. the memory could not be read

Does anybody know what this is? is this a video card problem?

Did he try right clicking and clicking run as then choose desktop name then typing in his desktop password, thats what I have to do because my comp is screwd up and I have windows xp home addition.

Foudn the prob, you need to get this for XP

yea i have xp home edition and it always has problems when i re-install wc3 :( sux

For some reason I never get these problems and I have windows XP home edition.
