question bout VB
didnt know where to put this but o well.
Im working on a VBTrojan right now. i was wondering if, once compiled, it would be detectable? i mean do norton and them detect the certain lines of code? if not then im really surprised i dont see many more undetectable trojans/administrative software and virus's out ... |
Do you mean like VBScript trojan? If it is -- im 90% sure nortans could get rid of it.
no it probably can't, unless it becomes LARGELY popular, nortan can't detect a new signature out of no where
Well, certain commands would be noticed, such as a "delete everything on the hard drive" command. If it's a new procedure, it would be difficult to detect however.

well virus is different its codded almost allways with BASIC which is the actual computer language. VBS i dunno it might pick up certain lines of code but when i tried a basic open/close cd drive and send text message it didnt detect it so i dunno. Also Norton/Mcaffee couldnt just pick up a new trojan and delete it from your startup i mean when u install AIM does it ever truly delete from your startup ... no..
exactly, and to avoid just deleting things that have no matter with viruses at all, norton can't just GUESS that it's a virus =\
any1 got any ideas on steps to put for a cd grabbing virrus? itl help me plan
hack net-devil and examine the sources... lol
net-devil is detectable yet still fun with noobs who dont understand it. but forget that how bout a macro-virus that downloads and turns off ur firewalls then runs net-devil ... duh.
nod but you can screw around with the code to make it completely unrecognizable
