Warhammer 40K Space Marine
 

A French guy from designpicture.com posted his LW version of a Space Marine from Warhammer 40K on another forum I visit. I just liked his work a lot and thought I could share it with you all. :)

Well, Blizzard stole ideas from Warhammer 40,000 for StarCraft. The Terrans are reassembled by the Space Marines of W40K, while Protoss have similarities in The Eldar, and Zerg are very similar to a race called Tyranid.

and the bosses or special char's in the missions in sc remind me of chaos race lol

very nice details, but the texturing on the head can be worked

The rusted armor just blows me away.

Very... weird. It has a very similar structure as it would to a normal 'toy'

talent skill and time went into that, although it could be alot better. 8/10

Yeah, the head kinda looks like its made out of... plastic with milk flowing inside... :wierd:

I say 9.8/10, that is crazy and I havent seem much better.

please acer... MUCH MUCH better have been done with other packages, but then master programmers customizing those packages and extra renderers ie: Mental Ray and Brazil had something to do with it

If have never seen them tho.
