congrads on that... and i thought 'istististiist' monarchs went for 24-26 on WEST, cuz the prices on 'ist' runes dropped...(this was a while back...) from 9 to 7 to 6 so wouldnt the shield be worth a little less than 28?

Ist runes are 8-9 on west.

not the last time i checked...

ists are 8 sojs on east around... so it should be around 28 sojs on east... but i'm too poor... i think i'm just gonna trade a lotta my +1 skill charms away for 1 or 2 sojs each...

btw, who DOES have a 4x ist monarch for sale, 28 or 29 sojs?
