Sorc setup
 

Just wanted to know the dex needed for a sorc with ss to get maxed chance to block.

Probably pretty high, I'm guessing 180ish.

And how much points would u spend for energy / Vita ?

none on energy if your going for the orb/t.s. build... or you could put 100 but that would lower health... but then again then u can use energy shield to make up for it... all depends on the build man... vit, 200+, dex 150+ depends on clvl... just -15% req the storm with a rare -15% req jewel and other mods, then only bring str to 133 for the storm... then pump dex till u get 75%, yes 75%, not 72% block rate... dump rest into vit, if you keep energy at a base, you will still end up with 700-900 mana using 1 occy ring, wiz, shako ect...

Dam i only have 56% block rate with 160 dex. Does my defence have ne thing to do with block rate though, becuase i will be able to use bugged 08 valor soon, and that will boast it up alot if it does, considering im using a viper now.

i dont think def really helps all that much, though it may slighlly

does anybody know the dex needed for 75% blocking at lvl 99 for a sorc, or a way to see the dex needed per level calculation or something?

Total Blocking % =

[Blocking x (Dexterity – 15)] / (Character Level x 2)

If your character is moving, then % chance to block is reduced to 1/3 of its original value

Hm but i need more strenght anyway cause i planned to use arkaines valor....

Well, also, if you plan on using a bugged 08 valor, be prepared for criticism in dueling, its not legit...

no i want to use legit 1.09 valor... its on europe realm anyway ;)

So u would not spend any points to energy, all to vit? and dont use mana shield then or what? cause if u use mana shield with that low amount of mana (would be around 1k mana) u would run out of mana when something hits ya... and that means no teleport for some seconds.
How much skill point on warmth and would u max cold mastery?

use energy shield either way but dont use a very high level of it

cold mastery=lvl 20 after +skills or 88%+

get atleast sLvl 10 warmth

at cLvl 99 you need approx 280 dex for max blocking with stormshield
