how do i make a cruel bow?
for example: let's say i find a matriarchial bow that is magical..do i used 3.pgems and pray for it to be cruel?...or do i have to actually find a cruel bow first..then add 3p.gems to add sum mods to it?

my goal: to get a cruel ward bow of alactricity

You just need a magic bow + 3 perfect gems then wish for a good mod...

lol, I always thought you had to either gamble for cruels or find em, didnt know you could make em that way.... can you do the same thing to make a cruel sword and stuff?

Yeah it works on a sword too. 3 CHIPPS + sword.
Not all swords...

The P Gems works with Swords but using 3 Chips are better for swords because they also get 3 sockets.

ohhh...so the magical bow doesn't have to be cruel when i find it

i heard that it duznt work with balrog blades...

Doesn't work with balrog blades, I'll look for what swords it can be done on.

Im 99% sure that www.diabloii.net has infact said that it DOES work with balrog blades.

Champion
Mythical
Colossus Blade
Colossus Sword
Cryptic

Nope its not balrog the six swords are: Conquest, Cryptic, Mythical, Champion, Col Sword, Col Blade.

And Randiun you can find cruel balrog blades, just not cube them.

And you can also buy them of course. Larzuk... ( Shotbot ).

you can also buy hyrda bows from larzuk (found it out yesterday) =), sooo I was wondering what the chances are of getting a cruel (1 out of ____) and if you are higher lvl will the results be better?

Yea wards are also common at larzuk, A higher level character couldn't hurt. I don't know the 1/xxxx chance for him to sell one..

Dude, It's impossible to cube a balrog blade unless your useing p-gems instead of chipped.
