Amiga was quitely the same system as the ATARI 1024st.
It was at the same period, and was technically a little bit better then Atari; some game like Kickoff was some graphicly better than on Atari St.
But, such games like dungeon master were not made on this ' pc ', it only remains on Atari ST.

GameCube 2002-04-14 09:23 AM

what is the difference?

Mr.Lee 2002-04-14 09:27 AM

better grafic performance etc

User Name # 1 2002-04-14 12:22 PM

yes a little bit better indeed.
and the manufacturer is different too ;)

GameCube 2002-04-15 08:54 PM

GameCube 2002-04-22 05:46 AM

Amiga is also a sort of OS for PC like BeOS and such. I think it was also a really old console with like, four games. Guess it had the popularity of the virtual boy. lmao... that had only 13 games released in the U.S. ... talk about sad.

GameCube 2002-04-22 02:34 PM

yea, pretty sad

If you like football games, you should have played KickOff on this computer. It was so great !
I even remember the name of the programmer, it is Dino DINI !
I played A LOT a this game, but unfortunatly, with the 'rival' computer wich was an Atari 1024 ST, and i say unfortunatly because the graphics were much better on the Amiga.
The gameplay was EXCELLENT, you could do almost what you wanted to do with the ball.
Interrest grown up when a 'football manager' version was made.
You were managing a team and playing the matchs...
