faster shots
wat makes zons shoot arrows faster? is it increased attack speed or percent faster hit recovery? because my ballista is slow as hell compared to a 70 ias ith bow...wtf is up with that!
|
I think bows are faster than crossbows, but not really sure. Increased attack speed is what controls the speed of the weapon you are using. I noticed my WF is faster than my Buriza, but the buriza is "Very Fast Attack Speed" while WF is "Fast Attack Speed". But I am not really certain on this. Just my experience.

Read fucking moron... increased ATTACK speed, faster HIT recovery.

was he talkin to me when he said that?

i would say so!

Agreed that that comment was inappropriate, but it was also fairly true to an extent...to ask a question like that you need to at least be inexperienced at Diablo 2.
The Buriza has a "Very Fast" attack speed for a crossbow, but just about any good bow is going to have a faster attack speed (ie Eagle, WF, Ith...), whether it has a "fast" attack speed or a "very fast" attack speed. |

Whatever dudes, go to the Flame Forum and duke it out. IMO, Insolence was a little harsh with his choice of words, but c'mon now, that really was common sense.
Yeah, bows can get down to 7 fps, while crossbows (or most of them for that matter) can get to like 11 fps (at least the ones that actually do some decent dmg is that true for). Anyway, I really hope they come out with IAS charms! ;) |

5!!! No way! I'm pretty posistive its 7 fps, legit at least. What gear, and how much IAS, and what weapon did you supposidly get 6 with? It's very possible, but I'm just wondering.
|
I'm sorry, I actually dont know if 5 is possible, I have 6 with ith bow, SoK gloves, cats eye ammy, xfactor, and some other shit. I'm gonna sell most of that stuff though, cause i'm getting all jittery about it dissapearing, and i bought it with my friends stuff. Could somebody tell us if it is possible to get 5?
