Pretty nice eye, but the rest of the image makes it look a bit washed out. :/

Yea it does look like it needs to be more visable.

well see if i make the eye clear and stand out.. it doesn't blend in as well.. also i dont know how i would blend it like that either

As they all said, you need something in back / around the border other than a plain gradient.
But the eye looks good, did you make it in 3d Studio / Lightwave?

nothing special a gay gradient with a stock eye and some n00bish lines
