Help Me Make the Best PvP Assassin

Hey guyz im making a pvp assassin and im wondering if u guyz could give me some hints and tips on wut to do.......

Wut should my stats be based on....?

Wut should my Skillz be based on....?

Should i use Dual claw, or Shield + claw?

Wut Weps, Armors i should use.....

....etc..

If u could help me out it would be very appreciated!!! thx
