By the end of this conversation I was even frustrated, I can't imagine how this guy felt.

Holy shit.

Epic fucking lulz, goddamn Verizon is stupid as fuck. They must be programmed to argue that point or something so that when their real rates are figured out, people can't sue because they can just blame their stupid fucking employees.

I hope that faction of the company was disciplined for their stupidity.
