Judge sues dry cleaner for $54 million over pants.

"Pearson said that he wants only $2 million in damages for himself — for his mental anguish and inconvenience — plus $500,000 in attorney's fees for representing himself. Anything more that Bartnoff might award him would go into a fund "to educate people of their rights under the Consumer Protection Act," he said." I would like to know why he's asking for attorney's fees for representing himself. Is he charging himself $500,000? If not, how can that be considered an attorney fee? |
I hope a steamroller runs him over.
I really do. |

Yup, you win the argument for stupid lawsuits.

What a dolt. At least there IS some justice still left in America.
|
He should appeal imo, clearly an unfair ruling.
|
Appeal and ask for double.
