A couple of questions
 

What is a good shield for a paladin smiter,, also what is a vex rune and etheral skullders worth? Any answers would really be appreciated and thanks in advance

Good shield is Stormshield, but you know this
Vex is number 26/33 so it's rare, but it's not so asked for socketing. I would say about 10 sojs (but this is mounths i havn't been on the realms, so price could have changed)
Etheral skullders was very good at the matrix period, but now, it worth less.

i've heard that what-was-his-name-again set item shield
has the best dmg for a smiter, and also vex rune isnt worth so much, i think now worth 3-5 sojs, and how can etheral skullders be useless?

I would have to agree with the storm but its to bad vex wasnt still worth anything same with ethereal skulders I have both of them :(
