We Own RMVX Officialy!

You know what, when you actually purchase the game, this feeling builds up inside you, and it feels so good. My brother purchased the game so now I have the English RPG Maker VX, and the serial is Official! It is such a good feeling, that you just can't imagine. Especially since all of the other RPG Makers were never bought.

So if you did purchase RMVX, please tell me if you had that feeling of greatness, and pride. So much it made you jump out of your seat.

Well I probably won't post the rest of the day because of my Algebra II homework. Still do reply, because I feel so Official right now, and I supported Enterbrain, so that they will continue to create the RPG Maker Series in the years to come.

I bet you will read this Michael_sama, and THANK YOU! for buying it.

Two L's in officially

Michael_sama 2008-03-01 12:09 PM

That's not true. Aniki bought us RPG Maker for Play Station and RPG Maker 2 and 3 for PS 2. So please do not act as if you're just using illigal versions.

Anyhow, if you think, because I like to pick on my brother and his ego, that I must be the worst person in the world; you really don't know me at all. The second day it was released I bought it for him, and I don't buy games over fifty dollars. That's normally my policy, and yet I was flexible.

Feel legal folks by helping Enterbrain out and buy an official copy today. You'll be glad you did.

I bought XP years ago, and I felt pretty fucking awesome with my legal serial.

Not too interested in VX, I think I'm gonna be one of those people who isn't making the move, as XP is efficient enough for most needs.

Eventually I'll get VX and play around, but it just isn't happening anytime soon.

Michael_sama 2008-03-01 12:46 PM

He knows that, and apparently there's a reason he choose not to spell it with two L's. He will explain it later to me, at least that's what I was told.

Goodlookinguy 2008-03-01 01:28 PM

Atnas, as I heard on RPGMakerVX.com, the XP serial is exactally the same as RPG Maker VX, right now. So if you know where you product key is, you might as well get RPG Maker VX, and validate it with your XP key. It is technically legal, 'cause they left if open like that.

You guys don't live in the same world I do. I think it comes with age.

Are you implying that my brother is young? He's not, so don't imply that he is. I'm young, 16 to be exact, and if you are annoyed by that you can cram it up you butt, because I don't really care.

Then you are both lonely and confused. Getting laid usually helps with that. I'm not making fun of you, I'm completely serious.

No, I'm afraid not sir, it does not. I am, after all, just fine.

Grav 2008-03-01 02:10 PM

If you were "fine," you wouldn't be acting like otaku creeps. If your brother is older or whatever, he should know better by now. Is this guy even your relative, or a gay lover?

Coriander 2008-03-01 03:02 PM

GravitonSurge.... Get off your fucking high horse, what the fuck gives you the right to come into a forum and start bad mouthing people? and your supposed to be the mature one? seriously, shut the fuck up. There isn't a reason in the world that gives you the right to do what you did, so seriously, shut the fuck up

Goodlookinguy 2008-03-01 03:07 PM

I thank you for defending us Coriander.

GravitonSurge, I highly doubt you know what the term Otaku means in the first place. Second, when I write brother, it means only one thing, my brother. I'm white, and I don't speak in Ebonics, so he is not my "brotha."

Coriander 2008-03-01 03:29 PM

Not a problem. And congratz on owning a legal version of vx, im still using that cracked one. Although i haven't used it much

Goodlookinguy 2008-03-01 03:37 PM

You know, there is already a keygen for the VX English version. Apparently it is the same as the XP. I used it before my brother bought it. But now we have the legit version. If ya want that, look it up on google with the text "rpg maker vx torrent," you should find a site with a torrent for the English 1.02 version. I am not saying do it, but hey, it is always a possibility if you wanted to try the English version for more than a 30-day trial. Then possibly buy it later.

Coriander 2008-03-01 03:39 PM

Eh i might, but i am really trying to work on this RMXP game since my other one failed, i won't be using vx much, so im not worried by it, i'll just buy it in a few months.

I love sitting back and watching arguments grow like diseases where they shouldn't. Gives me a nice, warm, fuzzy feeling inside. :)

As for owning RMVX legally... meh. Good for you. Unless you're going to use the program religiously, every hour of every day (or near enough), then I personally don't see the point in forking over £40 for it.

Reading between the lines will tell you: You've got three months. Show us what the a legal copy of RMVX can do.

Well Lenny, it is not the fact of owning it, but helping the company to develop futher games in the RPG Maker Series.

Atnas 2008-03-02 10:50 AM

True, considering so many people just use the pirated copies.

But Enterbrain isn't making a monopoly on RpgMaker by any means, and it never has - its other products rake in far more income than this one line of products.

But we still love 'em so why not buy it, right?

Ah, this thread is good. Grav needs to come back.
