Im part of the sony gamer advisory panel so I got a mgo beta key but I also preordered mgs4 so I have a spare one:

GRD8-CCB2-PEDQ

to redeem go to account management on ur ps3 then to redeem code or gift card and enter that code.

You're part of G.A.P.? Lucky beggar. I wish they had a European version of G.A.P. :( Then again, it wouldn't matter for the MGO beta - we Europeans are all entered into it for free without needing a code. :)
