Went for a brisk 30 minute walk earlier today.

I just wanked.

Bench press, upright barbell row, tricep pushdown, lateral raises. Then I took a shit and tore my right quad.

Bench press, dumbbell press, leg lifts, push ups wide and close hand, situps. Sauna for 15 minutes after and now eating some honey nut cheerios reading about Grav shitting his quad.

I went for like 1 hour walks 2 months ago, but will be playing broomball soon.

Jogged last night. Benched, squats, curl, tri's, benched, curl this morning. Sets of 3.

Does work count?

Eight hours of lifting heavy boxes (ranging from 2kg at the lightest to 22kg at the heaviest. The usual weight is about 6kg, which I often lift two or three of at a time, depending on the size of the box), and now that work has invested in some new belts, one person can unload a 40' container by himself. A container, by the way, consists of around 1000 boxes - the average container contains eight tons of boxes - and we have two a day on average. Next week it's three a day. :(

Manual labour is very boring.

I almost had sex in a conference room at my last job. This chick and I had been e-mailing back and forth throughout the day and she was all "why don't you come up here and we can go in this conference room next to my office" and I'm all "on my way" - I went up there and she was like umm I have work to do.

Anywho, recent physical activity: jogged a mile yesterday before work.

A kilogram is, to ye leaving in the past, 2.2lbs.

I ran around the town with a few of my friends, and we all ended up jumping on a dumpster, over a fence, on the ground, up a hill ,over the river and through the woods, out and about, tootin' the horn, here and there, back and fourth, side to side, in a box with a fox.
Needless to say, I ended up eating the green eggs and ham.

I was also very tired when we got done with the running. Felt good to get some heavy exercise.

I went on a hike last night up a canyon, made a fire, blew up firecrackers underwater (waterproof firecrackers). Went to the bar and got shitfaced afterwards smelling like campfire, pot, and river water. Took a cab home. Woke up an hour ago.

You need to write a book. It sounds like it would be interesting, with twists, turns, and unconsciousness around every corner!
