Is battle net down for anyone else, i rebooted and reconnected on 3 different ips, and keys and it still wouldnt let me or my bot on.. what the hell is going on?

You don't get realm down for getting banned, dipshit. I'm also getting realm down. Around 4:30 PM USEast.

Zagggon, you didn't double post, I merge the two similar threads. Both are about Realm Down.

Yeah it is maitenance, they're preparing b.net for the new wc patch, well that would be my guess. It's also down for me. Hopefully they will release 1.10 soon...
